What is Noon Sakinah? Noon Saakin means a Noon (ن) with a Sukoon/Jazm on it. The Noon Saakin can take place in the middle or end of any word. Tanween and Noon Saakin are read in one of the forms of Ikhfa, Izhar, Idghaam and Iqlaab.
